Welcome to Shoppenest. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Shoppenest, including purchases made through the website.

By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and any other policies displayed on our website.

1. Account Terms

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

3. Pricing

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time before an order is accepted.

A pricing or typographical error does not automatically require us to fulfil an order at an obviously incorrect price. If an error affects an order, we may contact you and provide the option to confirm the order at the correct price or receive a cancellation and refund.

We do not ask customers to disclose OTPs, UPI PINs, CVVs, banking passwords, or similar authentication credentials to our customer-service representatives.

5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Submitting an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

After an order is placed, you may receive an acknowledgement. An order is accepted when we confirm the order for fulfilment or dispatch, subject to applicable law.

We may cancel an order before dispatch because of circumstances including:

  • Payment failure

  • Suspected fraud

  • Incorrect pricing

  • Incorrect product information

  • Shipping restrictions

  • Invalid delivery information

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

If we cancel a prepaid order, the amount collected for the cancelled item or order will be refunded to the original payment method or through another legally permitted method.
